eScrip and Albertson's
Earning Money through Commerce and Community Partnership
Help the church raise funds effortlessly when you
shop at Albertson's or by using eScrip! Here's how...
What's eScrip?
eScrip is a year-round, easy and simple community fundraising program.
Participating business partners, such as, Safeway, Macy's, and a
family of merchants contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards,
credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization
of your choice.
It works by registering any one or all of your existing grocery loyalty,
debit and credit cards for use in the eScrip program.
How do I sign up to benefit our church?
Go to Step 1 of the
eScrip Supporter Registration process and enter our group name: "Buddhist
Church of Oakland" or group I.D. #141869498. Just follow the
instructions continuing through each step.
Individuals can support up to three different organizations. There is no
limit to the number of cards you can register.
What if I shop at Albertson's?
Albertson's will also donate a percentage of
your total purchase to our church as a part of their Community Partners Program.
Here's how to register your Albertson's "Preferred Savings Card"
so that it benefits our church...
1. Go to the
Albertson's Preferred Savings Card web page. If you don't have a Preferred
Savings Card, you can sign up for one here also.
2. Go ahead and "sign in" providing your Preferred Savings Card number and
phone number. You will then be asked for the name of our organization, city, and
state. We are enrolled as: "Buddhist Church of Oakland, Oakland, CA".
Your Albertson's loyalty card will be linked to our group: I.D. #1118832.
For more questions about eScrip or the Albertson's program, contact our
